Located within close proximity there is a taxi rank, bus stops servicing the Marbella- Fuengirola bus route, local restaurants and bars as well as a mini market are located just 2 minutes walk from this superb community.

This is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom south facing apartment with sea views as well as pool and garden views. The apartment is located on the second floor. There is an elevator from the ground level to the apartment. The apartment is contemporary in design. There is a living/dining room, separate kitchen and utility room- There is a south facing terrace overlooking the swimming pool and gardens as well as superb sea views.

This apartment has a parking space in the communal parking area.

ISLAND OF RIVIERA GOLF

In Riviera del Sol in Mijas Costa, Costa del Sol, there is a unique development overlooking Riviera/Miraflores Golf Course. This development has 2 outdoor swimming pools as well as an indoor pool for winter use, an onsight restaurant and bar with superb golf course and sea views, tennis and padel courts as well as being completely surrounded by the golf course.

We currently have 3 apartments located in the same block next to each other available for Holiday rentals from just 75 euros per night for the 2 bedroom apartments and 89 euros per night for the 3 bedroom apartment. Nightly costs are available up until the 31st May and then there is a minimum stay of 3 nights for the rest of the year.

The 2 bedroom first floor apartment consists of 1 Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and access to terrace overlooking the golf course, 1 twin bedroom with separate shower room, separate kitchen, Living/dining room contemporary design, leading out onto a corner terrace with golf course, and sea views.

The 2 bedroom ground floor apartment is ideal for families as it has a large 200 square metre terrace,
The apartment consists of 1 master bedoom and ensuite bathroom with golf course views, twin bedroom with separate shower bathroom, separate kitchen, living/diningroom opening onto large terrace with golf and sea views.

The 3 bedroom apartment comprises of master bedroom with ensuiite bathroom, as well as leading out onto a southe west facing terrace overlooking the golf course and sea view. two twin bedrooms, separate shared bathroom, living/dining room extending out onto south west facing terrace with outside dining area.
